On stage, on social, and on your bookshelf—delivering relatable insights everywhere she goes.
A lot has changed since being an expert on MAFS
Rachel served as the show’s Relationship Expert (Seasons 4 and 5) as six couples learned to navigate life and love.
TRUE STORY:
I didn’t set out to be on reality television.
But when I got the call from Married at First Sight, I jumped at the opportunity to help these couples.
At the time I was using what I had—a law degree, coaching training, and a passion to strengthen our relational connections—to help singles and couples learn to engage and communicate with the life and love they deserved.
Studying those relationships and interactions (both the romantic and the professional) reaffirmed my core belief: Healthy relationships are key to a happy, successful, fulfilling life.
It’s so important that I’ve devoted my life to helping others learn how to find, build, and nourish human connection.
Married at First Sight was just the beginning.
The insights I gained—both from the couples and my fellow experts—made me realize there’s so much work to be done in the relationship space.
Here’s where I share some real talk.
Meaningful connections aren’t just valuable, they’re essential—to teams, to companies, and to every single one of us. Better relationships boost confidence and profits. And enhanced emotional intelligence gives us the ability to share, learn, and collaborate with one another in a whole new way.
Fast-forward to today…
I now use the insights and experiences I’ve gained through Married at First Sight (plus over a decade of relationship coaching!) to inspire readers, leaders, and team members to connect and communicate in ways that matter—and develop fulfilling relationships in the process.
